2. Schedule Property Viewing
Modern Hut Properties will arrange a viewing of the property with applicants.
If the applicant wishes to proceed, the process moves to the next step.
3. Sign Lease Agreement and Inspection Report
Once the lease agreement is signed by both the tenant and the property manager, a final walkthrough and initial property inspection report are conducted.
Both parties sign the inspection report.
The tenant pays the damage deposit and the first month's rent.
