As the tenant, I hereby make an application to have the above pet approved by Lang Property Management Ltd. I agree to comply with the requirements/Bylaws/Rules & Regulations listed in this form and any future amendments sent to me. I understand that failure to comply could results in removal of the pet from the premises; should Lang Property Management incur any legal costs associated with removal of my pet these costs will be levied against my unit. It is the tenants' responsibility to ensure their occupants adhere to the bylaws and associated policies. Failure to comply with any of the City Bylaws and Pet Policy will result in a fine levied against the applicable tenant and/or Pet Eviction. Continued pet concerns as outlined in the Pet Policy will result in the permanent removal of the pet from the premises.
